Only one pre-application will be accepted per household. Duplicate applications will be removed from the lottery.
Special Notes
Some units are subsidized by the Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Program. After all units are leased up, two waitlists will be established. The next 300 names in order of preference and PB lottery number will remain on the PB waitlist, and the next 800 names in order of preference and affordable lottery number will remain on the affordable units.
